Dhub Render is part of the Dhub group; as a result Dhub Render will be referred to as Dhub Limited. Employees of Dhub Limited are referred as the Dhub team.

The term visual refers to the finished product created by the Dhub team. A visual may be in electronic form or in a printed form. The term model refers to the files used to create the above mentioned visual. All models remain the property of Dhub Ltd and as such maybe used at Dhub Limitedands discretion unless a prior arrangement has been agreed. Models maybe purchased from Dhub Limited, the models will be subject to a charge and are not always available for sale.

Prior to commencement of any works Dhub Limited must receive full contact details of the company or individual. This information will be used to create accounting all information. A link to our sign up screen will be sent and must be completed prior to commencement of any works.

When creating quotations Dhub Limited assume all information is available to you at the time of appointment, if information is to follow the Dhub team must be notified during the briefing process. The Dhub team must receive a full and comprehensive brief prior to producing any quotation. Briefing guidelines are available upon request from Dhub Limited.

All quotations supplied by Dhub Limited are for guidance purposes only. We will endeavour to always make the quotation as accurate as possible, however, changes made after the quotation writing can impact the length of time spent on a project. Some quotations are subject to a deposit of 30%, this will be noted in the original quotation.

The Dhub Limited quotation will allow for the team to provide 2 previews (time allowing) and as a result to sets of amendments. If changes are required after a final visual has been created a further quotation will be supplied.

Rendering charges applied to any project are for guidance purposes only. We will endeavour to always make the quotation as accurate as possible; however, rendering charges are subject to change depending upon the complexity of the model and the time of the requirement. Rendering charges are fixed for a normal working week period (Monday 5am to Friday 8pm), outside of this time the charges are increased.

All models and visuals remain the property of Dhub Limited until the related invoice has been paid in full. All models used and created by Dhub Limited continue to remain the property of Dhub Limited even after the related invoice has been paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

Dhub Limited operates a strict confidentiality agreement. Projects are not discussed in the public domain and final visuals are not displayed without permission from the company or individual that commissioned Dhub Limited. Unless otherwise arranged all visuals in electronic format are supplied in an A3 PDF format with a print resolution of 200dpi.

Amendments to models that are included in the quotation will be minor colour changes and minor product movements. Free of charge amendments do not include changes to a building shell, change of a product range or major colour changes as these will have an impact of the time allocated on the project and the clients andrequired byand date. Amendments to any project must be made in writing and sent to the visualiser appointed to complete your project.

If at any time you are not satisfied with a project completed by the Dhub Limited team, Dhub Limited must be notified in writing within 72 hours of the project completion date to speak2joe@dhublondon.com
